“For 20 years, we’ve been leading the charge to innovate the way students learn and make music,” said Little Kids Rock Founder and CEO, Dave Wish, a former elementary college music teacher. “Starting at present, we’re Music Will and hope everybody will embrace the change by ending the sentence with their own tackle what music will do.”
What began as one elementary faculty in a single metropolis has expanded to 6000+ schools, in 928 cities and towns across 50 states. To date, Music Will has introduced free music lessons and instruments to 1.2 million college students throughout the country and trained a nationwide community of teachers to bring highly-inclusive, culturally-responsive, student-centered music education to college students, using genres together with hip hop, rock, pop, Latin rap and country.
